- Nikcolai's email address is: nikcolai_salandy@hotmail.com - Nikcolai is currently 28 years old and the President of the Diego Martin Chapter of Rotaract. - He went to St. Mary's College and has a Bachelor's degree from UWI in Management Studies, and a Master's degree from UWI in Leadership and Strategic Management. - He was an Auditor at FCB for two years, and then was an Auditor for the Massy Group of Companies for two years. - After he got laid off from Massy, he was offered a job to teach Accounts at Corpus Christi. - He then got a job at Trimont teaching Accounts and has been there for over year. - I asked Nikcolai what his passions were in terms of making a difference in society. He listed the following three areas: He has a real desire and gets lot of joy from helping others to raise their personal platform: help people become entrepreneurs and have their own brand. He also likes teaching others. He wants to inspire others to have a service mentality. - I discussed the results of the VoSCA-R assessment with Nikcolai, specifically his scores in the various categories of Interests, Intelligence Types, Values, and Work Styles.
