Career and Life Coaching Session #1: Monday 12 August 2019

You are currently 55 years old, and will be 56 on 9 December 2019 You are currently teaching in France and have been for 15 years since leaving the business world You enjoy teaching but the salary are not great Your house is paid off for and your daughter currently moved back to live with you. This means that you have to stay in France for the foreseeable future. You can see yourself doing translation and volunteer work when you retire from active teaching. We discussed your Emotional IQ assessment. Your score on this assessment is reasonably good (102/155, 58th percentile), but there is some room for improvement. Overall, you are reasonably skilled at understanding and dealing with emotions. Emotional intelligence are not only essential to healthy relationships with others, research has also shown that a healthy EQ contributes to problem-solving ability, leadership ability, goal achievement, and professional success in general. Review the rest of your results to know which areas you need to work on developing the most - awareness is key to helping you find the motivation to improve.
