- Ysabelle's E-mail address is ysilaw@hotmail.com - She currently attends secondary school at The British Academy and is currently in Form 6 - I discussed the results of Ysabelle's VoSPA assessment in a group setting, specifically her scores in the various categories of Interests, Intelligence Types, Values, and Work Styles. Her scores can be reviewed in the report itself. - Here are the careers that the VoSPA assessment recommended for Ysabelle:

- I asked her to rate them in terms of her passion level (1 is no passion and 10 is the highest passion), which she did in the classroom setting. These ratings should be added to the Comments section at the end of this blog. Acknowledgements from Session #1: - I acknowledged Ysabelle for taking the time to complete the VoSPA assessment and for participating in the classroom group coaching session. Takeaways from Session #1: - Ysabelle liked the process of doing the assessment she feels clearer about the process of career discovery. Action Plan from Session #1: - Ysabelle will review the VoSPA report in more detail and research on the Internet (www.onetonline.org) the recommended careers above which she scored 5 or more out of 10. - She was encouraged to enter her passion-level ratings for each of the careers in the VoSPA report into the Comments section at the end of this blog. - She was advised to enter her research findings for each of these careers into the Comments section at the end of this blog. - Ysabelle was provided with the option of consulting with her parents to determine if she would like further one-on-one career coaching sessions to further narrow down her career choices.
