You are currently an HSSE Analysts (5.5/10) You are not getting clear communications from the Massy, and you have been offered retrenchment in September to December. The retrenchment has not been handled well and there has not been transparency. There is a possibility at Massy Stores but it may not be to your liking. You have been sending out your resume but you need to ramp up your efforts. You went to St. Francois Girls from Form 1 to Form 5. For Form 6, you took Geography, Math, Physics. However, you wanted to take Biology, Spanish and Geography. You then went to UWI and did a Bachelor's degree in Physics, Environmental Physics and Material Science You are passionate about customer service, and you like to help people. I discussed the results of the VoSCA-R assessment with you, specifically your scores in the various categories of Interests, Intelligence Types, Values, and Work Styles.
