- Analise's E-mail address is m.analisek@gmail.com - Analise was born in Guyana, but she moved to Trinidad a long time ago. - She is currently 34 years and is OK settling down at age 40. - She is an only child and her parents expected a lot of her, and did not really offer her unconditional love. - She attemded Maple Leaf and switched from Science to Business. - She got a degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of New Brunswick. - Analise currently works at CARICRIS (rating agency) as a Ratings Analyst. This is less responsibility and pay than before, which is a decision she deliberately took for reasons of self-care. She would rate this career as 5/10. - In her 20's, she focussed on building skills: Finance, credit, business development at the bank (3/10) General Manager at a Project management construction firm (8/10). She was there for four years. Digital marketing consultancy (6/10) Event planning side business (8/10) Working with start-up companies - She likes time by herself, but can socialize in small groups but not large groups. She is good at public speaking. - Careers that Analise would like to pursue from this point forward must have the following aspects:

- Ideally, she would like to have her own Consultancy one day - Analise would describe herself as having the potential to be a work-a-holic. - She likes to analyze and improve process efficiency. - She likes data science. - When she was younger, she envisioned herself as the go-between for marketing and product development. - She feels somewhat insecure about not having a Masters (e.g. MBA) like her peers. - I then discussed the results of the VoSCA-R assessment with Analise, specifically her scores in the various categories of Interests, Intelligence Types, Values, and Work Styles.
