Coaching Session #3

Acknowledgements from Session #3: Vishanna, you have truly taken ownership of this process. Your diligence in between these coaching sessions really shows up during our one hour together. I see your commitment and perseverance and commend you for stepping up, and digging deep, to find out how you want to show up in your job and your life. CELEBRATE!!! Go to a movie or just out for a little lime. Think of the reason for your celebration and bask in it :)
Given the qualities you admire in Eshwar and Jason, decide which you would like to emulate and how
Think of how to bring the "in person" (during a meeting) "out". The "in person" represents herself and someone who is more confident and ready to take on anything
Between 1st and 2nd week in May, schedule a meeting to get team's input into the process you put in place re the revision of the PM
Create a schedule to measure accountability on this process i.e. a timeline to check in on progress and procedure to follow if there have been delays
Continue the monthly individual feedback sessions with the team regarding improving your skills as a leader
Email any topic you would like to cover in our next session by May 7
Priorities the action items above and create a timeline for completing them that works for you yet stillchallenges you .... [as there are so many :)]
