CORA AI Employee Data Visibility Notice
Effective date: 15 August 2026
This notice explains what a corporate CORA AI administrator can see through the company portal. It should be read together with the CORA AI Privacy Policy.
Information visible to the employer or company administrator
The company portal may display or use the following information to administer seats and employee access:
| Information | Why it is available |
| Employee name | Identify the employee assigned to a company seat |
| Employee email address | Send access information and administer the account |
| Subscription status | Determine whether the employee is eligible for access |
| CORA access status | Show whether access is active, suspended, or otherwise restricted |
| Access-email status/date | Track whether access instructions were sent |
| Last CORA login | Help the administrator understand account activation and access |
| Monthly distinct-conversation usage count | Provide basic seat-usage information and compare it with the configured usage target |
| Total seats purchased, used, and remaining | Administer the company’s seat allocation |
Information not provided through the company portal
The company portal does not provide the employer with the employee’s private conversation text, prompts, or personal AI-generated conversation summaries. Employees should still avoid entering information that they are not authorised to share, and they should follow their employer’s separate workplace policies.
If an employee deliberately shares a conversation, report, screenshot, or other content with an employer, that shared content may be available to the employer. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address a serious security or safety issue.
Employer responsibilities
Company administrators must use employee information only for legitimate company administration, access management, billing, security, and related purposes. They must provide any additional employee notice or consent required by applicable workplace and privacy laws.
Employee questions
Questions about how an employer uses employee information should first be directed to the employer’s designated privacy or HR contact. Questions about CORA’s systems or personal-data handling may be sent to info@yourlifepurpose.com. Requests to delete or correct information are handled under the CORA AI Privacy Policy.
