CORA AI Scope and Safety Notice
Effective date: 15 August 2026
Coaching support, not professional advice
CORA AI is an AI-assisted coaching-support tool for career planning, reflection, work-life questions, leadership, communication, and purpose-driven progress. It is designed to help users think through options and possible next steps.
CORA AI is not:
- medical, mental-health, psychological-treatment, or diagnostic care;
- legal advice or legal representation;
- financial, investment, tax, insurance, or accounting advice;
- an employment-law or human-resources decision-maker;
- emergency, crisis, suicide-prevention, or safety assistance; or
- a substitute for a licensed, qualified, or otherwise appropriate professional.
Do not rely on CORA for urgent decisions
AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Do not rely on CORA AI alone for decisions involving health, safety, legal rights, money, employment, education, or other high-impact matters. Verify important information and consult a qualified professional.
If you may be in immediate danger or need urgent medical or emergency help, contact your local emergency service immediately. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, contact an appropriate crisis service or qualified mental-health professional in your location.
Responsible use
Do not submit passwords, full payment-card details, confidential third-party information, or sensitive information that you are not authorised to provide. Review responses before acting on them and use your own judgment.
By using CORA AI, you acknowledge these limitations and agree that the service is intended as supportive guidance rather than professional advice or emergency assistance. These boundaries also form part of the CORA AI Terms of Service.
