CORA AI Recurring Billing and Renewal

Effective date: 15 August 2026

How recurring billing works

CORA AI subscriptions are monthly subscriptions unless the order page or written agreement states otherwise. When you start a subscription, the first charge is made through Stripe after you complete Checkout. Your subscription then renews automatically at the start of each new billing period until you cancel it or it is otherwise terminated.

The amount and currency are shown before payment. Individual subscriptions are billed per subscriber. Corporate subscriptions are billed monthly according to the number of purchased seats. Taxes or other legally applicable charges may apply where shown at checkout.

Renewal timing

Stripe normally renews a monthly subscription on the same day of the month on which it began. Where a corresponding calendar date does not exist, the renewal may occur on the last available day of that month. The exact renewal date is shown in the Stripe Billing Portal, invoice, or receipt.

Changes to seats or plans

Where the corporate Billing Portal permits it, an authorised company administrator may increase or decrease the purchased seat quantity between 3 and 1,000 seats. The applicable price is the price and currency associated with the subscription.

The current B2B billing configuration uses prorated charges and credits for mid-period quantity changes. Stripe may issue a credit for unused time and charge the adjusted amount for the remaining time in the billing period. The resulting amount is shown by Stripe before confirmation where applicable.

Receipts and billing notices

Stripe may send payment confirmations, receipts, invoices, payment-failure notices, and renewal-related communications to the billing email address. Keep your email address current and review your Stripe Billing Portal for billing details.

Cancellation

You can cancel through the available Billing Portal or by contacting info@yourlifepurpose.com. See our CORA AI Cancellation and Refund Policy and CORA AI Access After Cancellation.
