Career Coaching Session #1: Wednesday 11 May 2016

- Marc's E-mail address is marc.camacho@hadcoltd.com - Marc is currently 37 years old and hold the position of Warehouse Operations Manager in Food Division. He has been with Hadco for twelve years and has always been in the Food Services Division. He did leave Hadco for two years in between. - He likes managing the warehouse because of the energy, and the fact that there's always something to do. - He also shared that his challenges revolve around some of his employees and their work ethic. He said that this can drain him from time to time, and he can get dejected for a couple of days, but then het gets back to normal. - Marc inrerfaces on a daily basis mainly with Joseph and Robert Hadad, but not so much John. He said that he gets along well with all three Directors. - Next, we reviewed Marc's MANSSA and MEIQ reports. - I shared with Marc that both of his assessments showed that he could improve on his coping skills. I asked him if he exercises, and he said that he does. He uses the Hadco gym at midday five times per week, which I commended him for. He said that he also likes fishing, which is another great stress-reliever. - MANSSA limitations that Marc should probably choose to work on are:

Action Plan from Session #1: - Marc agreed to read each of these reports in more detail, and to choose four limitations from each report that he would like to work on over the next 6 to 12 months.
