- Megan's E-mail address is meganjapang@gmail.com - She attended secondary school up to Form 5 and took her ACCA courses. - Megan currently works at Aegis as an Assistant Manager in the Payroll Department, but she find her job stressful. - Megan's dream career would be to own her own business. - I then discussed the results of the VoSCA assessment with Megan, specifically her scores in the various categories of Interests, Intelligence Types, Values, and Work Styles. Takeaways from Session #1: - Megan liked the process of doing the assessment and feels clearer about the process of career discovery. Action Plan from Session #1: - Megan agreed to review the VoSCA report in more detail. - She also agreed to research on the Internet using the O*Net Online Career Research Tool (www.onetonline.org) the recommended careers which she scored 5 or more out of 10, and document her research in this password-protected blog under the section at the end called "Leave a Reply". In particular, she should at least copy and paste the following sections from the O*Net site into the blog: Tasks, Knowledge, Related Careers, and Wages & Employment Trends. - Megan agreed to contact Maurisa Robinson of Regency Recruitment and Resources Ltd. at (868) 625-6225 x 237 or via E-mail at maurisa@regencytrinidad.com to register in their database in order to search for a more suitable and less stressful job. - She also agreed to explore government loan programs so that she can start her own business one day, either with her sister or another partner.
