You have been at Beacon for 12 years. You have been in the insurance industry for most of your working life. You have been brought up very well with good values and a good work ethic. Especially at month-end, it's a delicate balancing act. Your one goal in life is to help others become better individuals. Beacon has worked for you, and you respect your employer and vice-versa. For the past two years, you have been the Supervisor of the Chaguanas branch. You enjoy this role very much. You shared that you received management training from Adlyne Griffith that lasted two days. You used to have four staff members but two left and you're down to two. You need at least one more staff member. You have an issue with Millennials not staying long at the job and wanting too much. This is a challenge at Beacon offices. Building team-work is important to you, and this has to be created and fostered. You would like to work on the following: #1 You have been accused of coming across too strong with your staff members

Your personal style is not to be aggressive
Your branch has targets and deadlines to meet
This can sometimes lead you to be very assertive and this could rub your staff the wrong way
You like to really please your customers and not let them wait too long when they come into office for renewals
The Chaguanas office clientele is different in terms of their demands for shorter wait times.
